What these webinars are
These webinars are designed for parents who want clarity without pressure.
The sleep webinars cover common challenges such as frequent night wakings, difficulty falling asleep, short or disrupted naps, early morning waking, and periods where sleep suddenly becomes harder without an obvious cause. They also address situations where a child relies on specific forms of support to fall asleep, such as rocking, feeding, or a parent’s presence, and parents are looking for gradual, respectful ways to change how sleep happens.
The goal is not to follow a rigid method or promise quick results. Instead, the work helps parents understand what is developmentally appropriate, why a particular sleep pattern has formed, and how change can happen in a way that supports both the child’s sense of safety and the family’s need for rest.
Sessions are available live or as recordings, so parents can engage in a way that fits their schedule and capacity. If a situation feels complex, layered, or highly specific, individual consultations may be more appropriate.
