I don’t use one-size-fits-all sleep training protocols. My work is sleep education and guided change, grounded in child development and your family context. For some families, that means small adjustments and giving development time. For others, it means actively changing sleep habits in a gradual, responsive way. The goal is not “independence at all costs,” but sleep patterns that work for both child and family.
No. Parent–child interactions aren’t “good” or “bad.” Rocking, feeding, or being present at sleep onset can be normal and developmentally appropriate. If something feels unsustainable, we look at why it developed and how to shift it gradually without abruptly removing comfort or ignoring a child’s cues. Changes are paced to your child’s age and your family’s capacity.
No. Sleep consultations are educational and consultative. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, and I don’t provide psychological therapy. If symptoms suggest medical or mental health support is needed, I recommend working with the appropriate healthcare professionals alongside sleep guidance.
