Together we can take a holistic approach to your family’s sleep difficulties, while always placing the relationship you have with your child at the highest priority. I will guide you in making changes to things that are no longer working for your family while still holding onto the things you love. This package is designed for families with little ones 6 months and older.

- 60 minute consultation
- Weekly 30-minute call for 3 weeks following your consultation
- Unlimited emails for 3 weeks following your consultation
