Issues with accessing digital products: If you’re having any issues accessing the products you’ve purchased, or if you’ve lost the links, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Change of mind: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital products if you change your mind.
Failure to match product description: Refunds are only considered in cases where the product does not match the written description. When a refund is requested, we require a detailed description of how the product failed to meet your expectations so that we can make improvements to the product or the description we use to advertise it.
